  1. Please admins if you can handle that guy - he with 2 other guys claim and defeat almost all ppl on island. Nick: Thiskk Kul All Devs - if you can manage sth to stop this exploit
  2. Hello everyone, I don't know that anyone will read this but anyway I will leave it here, maybe someone get inspiration: 1. Claiming/Companies: In game big as this one we know that we must build everything like economy, army, self-sustainable way of life etc. But problem is that only few can make it, these few that acquire to claim island. From one point they made it right because game allow it but it make no sense. Very few of players claim almost all island for themselves and this is good strategy thinking but problem is that is game breaking thing. This very few ppl claim lands but they left them to conquer other. So results looks like this - hundreds of empty isles, and thousands of ppl on the rafts. What we reciving because of that - ghost world full of flags, no economy, no even small village or small town to feel this game. No economy, no barter - nothing. As I wrote in other topic - If I may suggest 1 claim for player to live and thats all. For companies cancel all this nonsense and make it important for this game. Company as pack of ppl who will work for it starts, they will acquire more claiming flags with growing they company - with citizen, funds, importance, employees - whatever but making company brings benefits so it can be so easy to make and it should make ppl work for that. 2. Reason for play When we start we are half-naked person. First what we do we gather resources to survive but then what? We have our first raft and everyone, thousands of players goes for they own place, island and company. We have few hundred isles but how many? 30k of players that give us few hundred players for small isle. What I want to say - game not provide us a way of not doing that, claiming land, starting company. My suggestion is to give players some other goals, want be a pirate than be, want to escort traders - go for it, do whatever you want and you don't need to make this claim thing - leave it for few but make it hard, so hard that 1 person can't do it and instead provide players some simpler way of life. Not everyone want to be governor but they who want it they must work for it as team not as 1, 2 ppl. 3. Giving ppl reason to gather in groups Yesterday I was victim of piracy and as I feel bad about this on the other hand I feel really good - 2 ppl standing with guns wanting my goods. For now there is no reason to make ppl group. Want a boat - built it yourself, want even bigger one - again built it yourself. It's single player game style. My suggestion is that make game hard for ppl who want do it by themselves - hard not impossible. Give them benefit to stick together - want to have big ship do it with team, want bigger ship - have bigger team, want start company - have ppl to make it, want to grow you company bigger make citizens want to come to your city/company. What I mean now we have thousands of single players in multiplayer world. In that way world die very quickly because there will be no place for new players - what about players about 1 year, they will come and they will not stay because for them there will be nothing to looking for. Nothing to claim, nothing to achive. There will be no massive battles because ppl will be scatter around entire map, they will be no agreements worth for piracy because everything will be small, nothing to guard and no wars - because what we have now the biggest battle we will have is 1 ship with few ppl vs 1 ship with other few ppl, and who will have bigger ship. Ofc it's only suggestion, nothing to make, only to consider or inspire. Thanks for reading and have a good time happy sailing
  3. @Bumbblebee more servers is not exactly what we need - this is empty world without npc - that role is for players so we need them as much as possible but developers made game that have only purpose for someone only to build/have company. There is no reason for ppl to not build - I think this is a problem, everyone want to have company and that is everything in this game. Devs must think about various solutions how to make game harder for companies because of their big benefits and other forms - like piracy or other think - maybe guards, maybe smugglers and other stuff that player dont need to build, have own boat but be a member of the crew, rent or live in barracks - depends. What I mean give player multiple choices then there will be not problem with companies. Give ppl reason not to build and everything will start managing it self.
  4. 1 claim per player, for company like about clan in other games - required x amount of ppl to run it. New patch don't resolve problem because still we must steal ground to build and other will still get new areas so everyone must steal. That will make longer to start built this first time economy so there will for long time dead map. 1 claim per player, 1 claim per company - like a clan u need amount of ppl to start it, to get another it must reach some amount of citizens and/or company employee. Because 1 man company is useless for world and economy - we will have thousands of companies without any content - and it not give ppl reason to group up, to make competition because now is 1 vs 1 player - everyone count that they create sth great if work alone - and yes this is survival but I think idea should be to create massive battles and world explore, trading routes by big companies not thousands of smaller ones.
  5. @Big Bojangles that was my point, after I put my bed I can go about 10 hour and didnt care about any of game mechanics, thirst, hunger, vits, eating by a shark - no problem, just respawn - but this can be always repaired - just after die you resping with no vits with almost full hunger, dehydrated or sth. Worst is about this claim thing - we have few days after release and instead small villages, starting to see small ships we have about 90% or more population on rafts without land and 10%(or less) claimed entire map without buildings, without even small economy nothing, just ghost world spammed with flags.

I'm agree with that, yesterday I spent almost 12 hours on the raft and how its look: Reach lvl 6, buy first raft, swim, swim, swim - die - u didnt get water Reach lvl 8, buy second raft, swim, swim, swim - die - u didnt get vit D and that was frustrating but really good experience - point for Atlas but then buy 3rd raft, gather resources, prepare to survive, put a bed on the raft(yes, I didnt made it before ^^) and swim for 12 hour This feeling when you see your first island - best feeling ever and from now on is disaster - every island is already taken, someone who was first claim land and didnt care about that going to another island and claim it, and another, and another - land without man, without buildings(maybe one shipyard) and its standing. Please make sth with that. Maybe some option that after you claim some you can have only one flag and you cant put another for some amount of time(for example 1-2 week) or/and reach some lvl. There always can be some perk tree to lvl as governor to manage company/land. Because now is nothing to keep players in game -only one thing they can do is sitting on the raft. Survival game became race who spam faster and more amout of flags(and respawn on the boat with full health and vits is helping spammers).
