Yeah, our island was once a forest and is not a desert. There are about 15 rafts around our island, but we will have to wait and see if anything spawns. Definitely difficult with so many people on the map.

My group also lost our Schooner instantly while parked briefly in a freeport.

We believe land claims may stop rss from spawning. Our forest island is now a permanent desert along with every island around us that has 1000 spammed land claims. Pretty neat.

We had parked our Schooner in a freeport zone for a few hours and within that time, it took massive damage passively leading to its sinking. The health upon being left was near max. After about 4+ damage spots appeared they all turned into leaking spots simultaneously. There was nothing actively attacking the ship. Here are the last 10 minutes from a friends point of view. About a quarter of my spawns on our sloop put me under the floor. I have tried different bed placements and it still happens. Also doesn't help that I can't just respawn.
