Ryzen 7 1700x with Radeon RX 570. Doesn't matter where the graphics are I get the same frame rate, choppy game play.

Is anyone else running an AMD computer having low fps/chunky game play? People I play with are running intel/nvidea components and the game is smooth. I have Ryzen 7 1700x and Radeon RX 570 -12000 total -4000 vid memory -8000 shard memory I should be able to run this game fine, but high or medium graphics, windowed full screen or full screen, nothing makes it worse or better. That's why I'm wondering if more AMD people are having issues.
