Bug deleting character in sector pass in NA PVP l12 to l13

Its been happening to a lot of people and there hasn't been any acknowledgement as of yet that its occuring. Its happened to me on death and on crossing server boundaries -
Making another character was the only option I had. No amount of killing the process with task man, relogging, etc did anything.

That hasn't work for me any of the times I got send to character creation after dying

Timed out loading new zone, now goes straight to character create.
