Tried this method on with Android with USB and with Wifi tether, both did not work, this is odd..

No there is not a non-steam version and there will probably won't be one in the future.

When will this be fixed im stuck on NA PVP for three days!!! IS THERE any way to delete your character in the files so you can play since our characters are stuck on dead servers?
