I am having a similar problem. Game freezes, crashes to menu, gives a 'kicked by battleye client not responding message.' Can only join back by using the join new world option. Sometimes I can move but cant access inventory or use anything, other times I can't move but can still use some things. If I manage to kill myself and spawn out of server I can then suicide back and play normal for a bit before it happens again.
