They unlocked it so people can play on the existing infrastructure that was already there. Basically the game design requires people to fan out into surrounding islands. They unlocked it so we can do that automatically because they created a huge bottle-neck by forcing us all onto the same islands. -
4.1 is being pushed out in 5 minutes. Server side update only.

Servers are down right now. They are releasing 3.0 patch in about 15 minutes.

Been playing on NA and the rubber banding is horrendous. They NEED OC servers and quickly.
