  2. As one of the biggest Forsen fanboys out there, I naturally had to skim through the video of his most recent ATLAS stream. And boy o boy, what a showcase of spawning under tiles and falling through ships that was. The level of proficient game physics, and state of the art melee combat was just jaw dropping. It's nice to know thousands of other viewers were able to see the same grand demonstration of awe-inspiring gameplay I witnessed. Especially when one considers the recent nerf to "block suicide". Which was a player created workaround for the innumerable ways of getting stuck, or falling through structures into inescapable spaces in Atlas. If block suicide wasn't intended, maybe fixing the actual broken game physics which are forcing players to kill themselves on a minutely basis would be the correct course of action. I logged in today under my normal bed spawn in a completely honeycombed space, instead of destroying my way out, I wanted to see how long punch swinging myself to death would take.. Without having the exact time, lets just say - WAY longer than I want to spend killing myself just so I can get out of a stuck scenario. After that I respawned successfully at a bed and went through a door and was immediately stuck again by a bear that fell through the ceiling and was glitched, blocking the doorway I was attempting to go through. It was all rather comical. I know the devs are hard at work making puckle gunner npc's invincible and various other high priority tasks reality, but there's some very fundamental issues in Atlas, which oddly enough, seem to be going completely ignored. Hopefully, high profile streamers and content creators keep putting the spotlight on these issues and we get some real fixes. It would be a real shame if Atlas doesn't turn over a new leaf from the old Ark mantra: "create, never fix", because it is an awesome game at the end of the day.
  3. Can we get the whole falling through ships into the water thing and broken ship ladders fixed first, and maybe fine tune things like elephant wood carry weight and snake movement speed later? Just throwing that out there.
  4. Bump, bc this happens all the time. 30 minutes after the other 3 servers come online we're all still waiting.
  5. Respecced, chose stats, now I cannot spend skill points. Tried relogging, restarting client. No success.
  6. I know there's a lot of critical stuff being worked on, but one minor thing I'd like to point out is that there are a plethora of "unkeybindable" actions that work in tandem with listed keybindings. For Instance: if I change 'Q' or 'T' from their original settings, I can no longer switch a wall to a door, or switch snap positions. There are no keybinds for these actions. Being someone who is probably a bit OCD on keybindings, I'm running into this problem everywhere. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. Game is improving everyday, keep up the good work. Thanks

  8. Start again? I couldn't even log in the first 2 days, don't tempt me with a good time.

  10. Getting into the over populated freeport's is the real hurdle. I was messing around in lawless all lastnight. Managed to sneak into a freeport this morning that had some slots open, made my raft and got out of dodge. Now it's all smooth sailing and sunshine
  11. "Joining failed - Unable to fetch current server info to join!" "Host Pending Connection Timeout - Lost/timedout pending connection to host." Pretty sure my character was abducted by aliens in the Atlas Bermuda Triangle last night.
  12. My character died last night, and so I attempted to spawn at a different location. Have not been able to log in to any spawn point on [NA PVP] since that point. There's no create new character option, just connection failure messages. Anyone figure this one out yet?
