That 1 ship isnt that much of a problem. The landclaiming is, I cant get on for a bit more then 30 mins ( about 14 hours at the moment). As do hundreds of players. I'm on PvE btw. Next to that, I didnt choose to release agame just before Christmas, Grapeshot did. So expect problems when launching in the next few weeks. They wherent expecting them is your opinion? I mean, holidays are the best days for gamers to go online. Again, hundreds of people where on with the 2,5x bonus in the last week. All these people cant log in and I doubt Grapeshot will rollback just after this. Then comes the fact about those flags. The mechanics are so much screwed, everyone with connection issues probably lost all. Game is still in Early Acces, so that's fine by me. As long as everyone has the same issues, wich isnt the case. That means some have a huge advantage by raiding and claiming bases from other disconnected players. The reason I get a bit frustrated is the fact this s being adressed by multiple players in the last 30 hours and none reactions up ttill 30 mins ago.

Yeah, np matey. And yes it is getting frustrated knowing I finally got a spot, build and sailed some good spots and now getting stuck without any help or communications back. And I'm not the only one, there's allready hundreds of people wich are very sad Grapeshot chooses this path. I hoped they'd learn something from ARK, but unfortunately it looks like we're being stood up and there's no support to help us out. Refunding by Steam isnt an option, they put the blame at Grapeshot for the bad backup on servers. So, we as players are in the middle of 2 big companies who are blaming the opposite site. Great, almost like real politics in the gaming industry.

Since the first 10 minutes it was out. Next to a bit rubberbanding and soem crashes I had none problems till I sailed between 2 servers. Think I played 80+ hours with 2 fingers in my nose? And thats what you quote me on?? Seriously? How about adressing the rest?

So, send multiple tickets; Didnt work. Complained on multiple sites; Didnt work. Reistalled, verifified even hugged my pc; Didnt work. Looked at all FAQ's and guess what; DIDNT WORK. Thanks for the New Years wish! We really apreciate it! Now, please give me a form of communication back on how to resolve: - My account. Ships, mats, base, flagged territory, 80 hours of work. -My game wich I paid for. -Network stability -Gamecrashes -Fixes ( I do not see any difference since the game started) And be a man and response as a man, not as a scruffy and stealing pirate.

I don't want to leave, the game will not let me log in. Nor I get a reply on my tickets. Nor is there any place to "flag" anymore. Due to the "flagging" there's no spot left to claim. Game is allready getting to its height and will fall tremendously within a few weeks if there's no improvement. Then you'd wish you kept your arrogant post for yourself.

I was sailing from O9 to O10 and between those 2 servers I got stuck. Put in a ticket, left several messages and none replies. Now, this is looking ALOT (!!!) like ARK and their NON COMMUNICATIONS with their customers. 1) PLEASE FIX MY POSITION/SHIP/BASE SO I CAN PLAY AGAIN (AND YES I KNOW CAPS IS ON) 2) Please fix the BS with the flags and claims. I know for sure that all my work from the last week is gone (also due to lack of getting back to me and/or getting my game back on). Altho on PvE there are still silly pirates who think its cool to obtain an entire island just to piss others off. 3) And please, pretty fucking please with a big ass cherry coated in sugar on top; GET THOSE COMMUNICATIONS UP AND RUNNING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. NOW IT LOOKS LIKE CASH AND GRAB. Now, what do I need to do to get some ATTENTION form devs/Jeremy to GET MY GAME BACK ON!!???!!!! Ah, that feels good...
