This... ^^^ Your exchanging wood/thatch as fuel to gather other materials... Overall seems like a push at best for me.... The radius between is just ignorant. Farmhouse distance would be fine.

Agree, sound great in theory but in reality pretty sad. How many farms are built near shore? some but many are inland. Using cart bears etc. Just seem to be WAY to restrictive.
