Network: NA PVP Grid: N10 Description of issue: Basically this option from the menu is always on, even if you tick it off when you log back in is on. It is very annoying since it covers most of the upper left corner of the screen, and if you are not a new player this hint text is unnecessary. Please fix so it stays off even after game restart. Repro steps if available/applicable: Open options menu, tick OFF the option called "Show tutorial Hint text", then restart game, option is ON.

Thanks good to know, but what about after the peace phase, are they vulnerable? and for how long? and if they take damage is it reduced?
