I'm having the same issue. I've checked, double checked and triple checked my steam VoIP settings, My headset works on other games, such as RUST or Elite: Dangerous, as well as working on Discord. I also can see the bubbles, but no one can hear me, nor can I hear them. I've jumped through several hoops over the last week and a half to figure this out, and still no luck. Please someone help.
