  1. I have dealt with WildCard before and never had issues with them fixing a problem I have had. IMO IF you give them exact information and don't overload it with emotions and are polite you get your character fixed. I had an issue for about five days kept getting kicked by battleye due to client not responding. I did almost everything the blogs were stating ie;kill yourself in freeport, uninstall Atlas, uninstall BE etc. When I decided to turn in a ticket to them it was AFTER I had done all that I myself could do in order to fix the issue, so many times it is on the players end that issues can't be fixed so I wanted to give them details of all that I have done to try and resolve the problem on my own then, gave them exact details of it and of my character ei; steam url/character name/company name/grid or grids I am having issues in and what the issue is. I have found if you are exact and precise with your ticket you get help, they don't have the time to try and figure out what the player has done or if it is on their end, they are inundated by silly tickets and have to go through the legitimate ones ( imo ) but if you follow guidelines that are common sense, they help you and they help you more quickly. Just a heads up to those having these issues and, any other issue remember, more exact details and curtesy. Thanks to the guys who fix the tickets, I would NOT want your job!!
  2. Same problem here. Mine has been going on since Jan 21,2020. I have uninstalled both BE and Atlas, changed computers totally so it was downloaded on another hard drive, updated windows and device drivers, even tried a different connection so it has to be something to do with our characters and steam via battleye, nobody wants to take responsibility, still, I can't play game.
  3. Me as well as about 15 others in the UK and in the States are getting kicked by Battleye, says client timed out, this is happening over and over. When we are lucky enough to get in we have tried dying over and again all for nothing as it hasn't fixed it, has anyone came up with a solution yet?
  4. Me and about 15 other people I know are having the same issue. Timed out by battleye client not responding. This is in the UK and in the States. When you do finally get logged in you get dc'd very quickly. Some have uninstalled BE ( I would not suggest this nor do I intend to do it, I don't uninstall anything until it is a last resort ) and some said it didn't work and only a couple said it worked, I have doubts about that though. Also people have reinstalled their games all to no avail. Is this even being looked into?
  5. Hi, LOVE this game and thank you the devs so much for bringing it to us, trust me, it is enjoyed!! I would like to ask to please turn on 2x on Friday like you do with Ark, I would love to see this done every Friday like clock work just like it is on Ark. Also, suggestion, I know it is a game but, I would like to see things like portable lanterns/different furniture/household things that they did have back then I mean, we do have a base. I am a female player and I would like to see different variety of clothes, even skins are limited and I do like a change in that area PLEASE! Thank you :)
