    you are right i could be wrong! . We have the issue fixed with Microsoft and are good to go on our end! We are submitting for immediate release.

    You should have known better. What a waste of a PTO. Like I said they have to recompile the whole entire 80 gb file just to redo the configuration file. This is part of an "Assist" in the game's core aka UE4 Engine. This could take hours, even possibly 24 hours. Then they have to re-upload the game to Microsoft and then that has to be validated by Microsoft before an official release can be distributed to customers.

    What they should have done is released the game for the Xbox insider program for a few days before the release to stress test the servers & the current build of the game.

    It just blows my fucking mind. How can you say we are releasing a game at 12 pm, turn into well after a series of problems we will be releasing at 4 pm. What is next as soon as the players get into the clusters, they start failing? What kind of company is this? I guess everything I read in this forum is true about grapeshot.

    EDIT: NOPE. 

    In order for the game to list, there needs to be a change to some backend configuration settings that can only be done with Microsoft's help. As these changes are necessary for the launch of the game,

    Oh, I have a terabit connection. I will be playing the game after 20 minutes once I am able to purchase it. The game drops at 12PM and you will not be able to access the servers till 4PM but you can play single player and private servers til then.

    You can always set your xbox up to interact with your phone to download the game. servers are not up until 4 PM anyway. 

     

    I GUESS WE GOT A PRELOAD...

     

    The game on an average of a 70 mb connection will take 2.6 hours @ a 80 GB file.

Think the closest to get costumers sails on xbox you get will be premade templates or be a very talented Artist with the Controller 🙂 but there are Plenty People out there to make some Pretty sails for the Xbox Players for a small Amount of Gold i guess.

    with cross play xbox players get keyboard and mouse support 🙂

    The game takes a long time to play, it is a grindy game but personally I love that even though I play alone or sometimes with a friend.     and that was the problem with ark. every day i would log in and my gm would say alright we need metal, you need to grind out 10,000 pieces for our new turrets/bullets. I am sure there is some grind for cannonballs, and taming is simpler now. i just do not want that whole got to grind or get raided feeling again. I "hope" PVP is more relaxed than how ark was. After i quit ark and my tribe was wiped. So I joined into a random server and as soon as i spawned, BOOM dead by turrets because they had the spawns blocked on almost every server. I gave up after that.

    says: ATLAS will be available for digital download on the 8th of October 2019

    They do not specify a time. If this is a timed released as in the developers already uploaded it to the xbox live store and it passed all the checksums and security protocols. No matter the region the 8th is the 8th. Where in the post does it say anything about a timezoned release date?
