Here is a FIX i made to play in party chat on xbox. First DO NOT GO IN PARTY CHAT! Launch the game, and fully load into the game. Now make sure you let the textures and everything else load in. NOW Join a party chat, and the lag should not be there.

Joined the game with a party chat of 12 people, the game lagged like hell. Restarted the game with no party chat, and the game no longer lagged.. whaaa? care to explain this GS?

1080p Refresh rate @ 120 hz video mode: Allow Variable refresh rate Under Preferences: Capture and share: Allow game capture: Don't Capture. IN GAME TURN OFF V SYNC! Turn OFF MENU MUSIC and INGAME MUSIC Fixed the fps lag for me.
