DisableStructurePreventionVolumes=True [BUG]???

So we have this properly set (primarily so we can claim/build on the ice dungeon island on our cluster)… but here is what has now happened:

1) We are able to claim and build on the ice dungeon island

2) Every time the server reboots, EVERY STRUCTURE on the island is wiped off the island with no trace or entry in the log!!! This cannot be intended, never mind the loss of resources etc And, the irony, all beds etc. still appear in the map (but u obviously cant travel to them)
