Developer ignores locked up/downed servers?

WTF is going on with this Develeoper?

Theres server bring down or locked up for way over 12hrs and they just ignore this? Not even a restart?

"Not Wildcard" at a new all time low?

They probably just use the same hosting companies you can buy a private server from and expect them to maintain and run them for the most part.  General server health is probably monitored by nitrado and relies on grapeshot to notify them something is wrong.  Similar to how if you rent a server nitrado wouldn't do anything with it if it crashed unless you filed a support ticket or something.

This is just speculation of course, but they do have a hosting partner deal and how they ran ark servers in the past.

They even ignore any info given on the forums. Lots of people complaining about stuck servers?  Zero REPLY.

This might be a bad time to bring this up but you realize some ark servers were down for over 2 weeks and that was just a few weeks ago over a year after the official release of ark

Good luck dude. But if you ark familiar with ark you should realize how long this takes

They host on AWS, and yes they ignore downed instances.  Sometimes they get reset when the servers are patched but that's just luck.

 

So far, the devs seem terribad.
