Landscape planning by the island owner: zones?

As an island owner -currently that seems to be an indivual thing, not even a company thing- you might want to have some sort of zone planning.

A freebuild zone could be next to a stables & breeding zone or a harvesting (=no build) zone. Currently this concept does not seem to be supported.
When you extend it a little, a tennant zone could be defined as a housing (with crafting inside) and connected stable (with perhaps a dedicated structure) to be configured.
