Could you please define "Inactive ship"

Hoping a dev will let us know what this actually means. Does building on a ship count as activitity, does it need to be moved, does crew being alive fed and paid count? etc?

erh i dont know what they ment by inactive, but logged on and my sloops are gone -.-

Same problem here our Ships anchored in N11 EU PVE we have a little House near the Ships we have a Crew and all two Ships was removed !

Before the Patch was all fine i logged out, downloaded the Patch logged in a Ships are gone btw. removed from the Company!
