Madam Doomkitten 18 Posted January 20, 2019 While in the midst of a storm at sea, I was thinking of a cool use for oil (or perhaps whale blubber?). What if we could add it to our clothes to waterproof them for a temporary amount of time to avoid the Wet debuff?
