dedicated server setup error please help

ok so ran through the tuturial and now that i hit  start.bat    this is the pop up i get .... any ideas ?

You need to be running that Redis database and have a valid servergrid.serveronly.json

i have a valid servergrid.serveronly.json i forgot to start Redis ill do that now

think i have it now i have Redis running and another black window running after i started Redis and my start.bat so both those windows are up the message in there is finished start-up log processing          does this mean i got my server running ?

stupid thing is now i can't tell if its running cause i can't find it in list just like my paid service i can't find it so how do i connect to the dedicated i put up if i can't find it in list
