Server always crashes after restart

I've made my own private server which works perfectly fine, until I do a restart on the server (to change settings), the server constantly comes up with the same crash report. I've found that if i delete the Saved file it fixes it but i don't want to delete everything that has been built.

I'm getting the same issue, the only way I've been able to get the server back up is to delete the saved folder. It starts the whole sever from the beginning though. Not really a solution. I would love to hear some answer to this as well.

This is happening to me too, please I really need a fix for this, its happened two days in a row now. I spent hours yesterday "restoring" all of my friends stuff back with admin commands. This morning I tried to change one option in the gameusersettings.ini to disable structure decay and now it is happening again when relaunching the grids. (I tried changing the option back to see if that caused it but it does not fix it).

I don't know where to go to get support for this game, the discord is not responsive, this forum is not responsive. Their help ticket system does not cover anything outside of official servers, what are we supposed to do?
