Can Someone Explain Claim Flags To Me

So I was traveling around exploring and looking at claim flags for the first time since we are on a Lawless Island.  I was walking around and a few places showed people had claim protection for like 120000 seconds or something for paying their dues.  However I got to some and it said -130000 and I couldnt contest their claim.  I am curious if I am missing something.

currently claim flags show roughly 5 hours in secodns positive, and then goes negative counting the rest of the time of 3 days.

cant man they dont play 5days  but still cant claim becous they sleep in hause

once age system is in place they will die at 100 , and yes u do age even while logged out
