Remove Taxation Bank from PVE

I think Taxation Bank  is a mechanic for PvP, not mean for PvE.

Why a player have to pay a tax to another player just for gathering resource on a zone in a PvE server?? In a PvP server, it have a lot of sence, but not in a PvE server.

IMO it makes more sense for PvE, Just not controlled at all atm because of the crazy claims all over. IF claims are even a bit more selective then you wont have 1- 4 companies taxing the entire map. heh.
