Wood walls look like crap

Is there any in-game way to make wood walls look like actual wood? Something like this:

Or do I have to create custom paint with 3rd party software, import it and paint every single wall?

Seen many stone buildings? I will build wood buildings over stone all day every day, the stone buildings are ugly as sin.
