Any game using that engine uses this filename.

it says "ark update" for the game Atlas.

It's a dlc But the company named it "Atlas"

Is's built on a completely new engine, they literally could not release it as dlc.

"shootergame" is the default name of a new project you open in Unreal Engine. You can save your project with a different name. You can rename your project. It's like drafting the constitution on a computer and naming the constitution FileName.txt.
