Server spec question

I haven't been able to find the documentation for the server specs, but doesn't somebody have the info on RAM and CPU requirements and how it scales with users?

I'm sure it's already been covered here, but there is no search function, so any help would be appreciated.  Trying to plan for a grid for private server play.

One Grid is only about 2-5GB Ram and how much CPU depends on the brand.
There was a dude here running 1x2 on 16GB ram and i7-900(dont remember the exact CPU)

my severs uses 14% CPU with 14 people on it. 
and 6GB of ram. but i added a few more islands to the Original grid.. when you add more Islands. the ram will be much higher
