Hello, what files are the players'characters saved in? Can I delete a character accurately?

I need to delete one specific character off our dedicated server... I've looked at the database using the redis desktop manager, but I am not completely sure what to remove.

I can see two folders that seem to contain some player data; PlayerDataId and playerinfo (marked with the subtle red rectangles and even more subtle red arrows).

I can find out which character is which by looking at the data in the playerinfo folder, but should I remove that entry in both of these folders, or just one of them?

Remove both to prevent any lingering data from carrying over, like stats, or items and such.  It happened to me that I hit join new, and it still spawned me with a new character but with the previous amount of exp.
