What happen to big boats in freeport?

Galeons or other boat than raft, anyone knows if it can be attacked or destroyed.

Your ship will take decay damage anyway, so leave it too long and it will vanish.  I don't know about attacks in Freeport though.

I think can't be attack or take damage but yesterday I have leave my sloop after a ghost ship attack ( out to Freeport) and today the ship is destroy.
