Connection Timeout on Join

So the servers are up and running on my end, but they shoot to 4k days, and always timeout anyone trying to join, any known fixes for this? the machine im using can run large ark clusters just fine, so specs are ruled out issue wise

would have been nice to give an explanation on how to do that, redis is a completely foreign system to me, usually dont need this much work to put a dedicated server up

There is a redis clear bat that I believe does what he is suggesting. It wipes the database. Problem is ur characters go with it. Its in the same directory as the start bat.

ah i tried that but it doesnt seem to have fixed the issue

basically the server says its on day 4000 and times out anyone trying to join, going to verify files a couple times to see if corrupted files is a possibility
