We get these fighting skills what's there to use them on really?

When the wild pirate encampments are finally introduced there's no reason why there could not be npc bosses in those camps.

Not clear from the stream if they are doing WPE - they said absolutely nothing about it.   If they was planning on doing it for XBOX release - think they would have mentioned it rather than saying no new content for a while - just bug fixes.
