I'm not exactly sure if this is intended or not, but when I unlock the Carbine skills and get all of them including Advanced Faster Rifle Reload, I notice a greatly increased Carbine reload speed. However when I am mounted on my Horse, I reload my Carbine at the normal speed despite having Advanced Faster Rifle Reload skill still unlocked. Is this a bug or intended?
It doesn't matter which grid or island I'm on, all the results are still the same. I've also tested this riding different tames that allow you to shoot, results are all the same.
