Description of issue: In a patch, it seems that fishing with a fishing rod from a seated position while on a dighy no longer works. Previously before the massive update, I am aware that we could. Today, I can still sit on a dighy and select the rod and "pull it out" However, I can not actually cast it. (Yes, i have bait equipped). It still works from chairs. Seems something is blocking the rod from detecting valid spots to cast because of the boat. As you can see, the pole can be activated / held as it's not on the character back. there is functional sugar source. It will work on a chair but no longer on this boat.

Repro steps if available/applicable: Equip sugar to fishing rod. Equip fishing rod on character. Sit on a dingy and activate your fishing rod hot key. Try to cast rod with left click anywhere on water and it wont work. Compare these same steps to casting from a chair.
