Is there a guide out there for how to set up crew groups? Like more in-depth meanings than just what it says in the crew group section? What's the activate rank? Or order rank?

Update: Only behind the ear on the back of the elephants head is bugged. If you take a beating you can tame from the legs. Wear armor.
