Ok so here is my dilemma I can't stream ATLAS at all lucky to get 15FPS, I went out and bought a new CPU and A new GPU and still can't do it, its like I never upgraded I see so many people streaming it with less than what I have.
CPU = I7 8700
GPU= RTX 2060
RAM= 16gig
Hardrive =2TB with over 1TB remaining
I don't understand what I am doing wrong I"ve tried every possible combination and still I'm lucky to get 20FPS, in game i'm getting 90fps or more....
Any suggestions or tips would be helpful, this is only game I can't seem to stream... Everything else I stream i'm at a constant 60fps with max settings
