double xp and everythings but we can't play --' fuck i've been waiting for 6hours now ...

When i lauch atlas i don't have the button Rejoins atals , just have join new atlas , when i clik on join new atlas and i go to my servers EU PVE , i can connect but when i'm in game i can't open doors or go to my smithy SOMEONE HELP ME
