Discovered the issue i don't have acceptable graphics card for this game.

When choosing spawn location after choosing server receive "host pending connection timeout". I am new to the game and this is the first time i have tried to log onto it. I have reinstalled the game, changed network settings to server, and many other trouble shooting methods. I have sent 5 "contact us" tickets about this issue with no response. I apologize to the players i am asking to do the devs job, but can you please help me.
