I hold my pickaxe in my hand but it still shows in the toolbelt. also in first person when i look down i can see the pickaxe in the toolbelt when i hold it in the hand

Had this happen multiple times now. The tame "respawns" every about 5 seconds, you get loaded on the saddle with a little delay and get set back a few meters if you walked with it. How can i fix this? Tried rejoining the game, removing the saddle and putting it back on. Unclaiming and claiming again.
