Still isn’t letting me join servers at all, literally says client out of date.

Ive already done this 3 times So how would I fix this?

can someone help me with this issue? i cnt seem to update to V11.1 and steam doesn't recognize it as an update required. can someone send me the beta key to version 11.1 or am i just fucked? would really like to play the game but cant seem to update this shit. dont blame atlas but was wondering if i could get help. or a beta key to V11.1
