My idea for PvE servers is to only make the ship immovable if it is overweight or overburdened by bodies by people outside of your company or alliance. If they are within your company or alliance, it should sink. But if not company or alliance, they should only immobilize, not sink.

A1RUM, personally I am using this setup for my Brig, in order from front to back.
MedWeight, MedSpeed, LargeSpeed, MedHandling.
I outrun SoTDs easily and I'm considering replacing the MedWeight with a 3rd MedSpeed.

Can confirm this is happening for my company as well. We were attempting to build a hangar for our ship. Was nearly finished when attempting to place Large Stone Gateway at the end of our Large Shipyard and our clients repeatedly froze when the Large Stone Gateway snapped to the foundations. Were forced to scrap the project and rebuild without the gate.

Fish Swimming Nearby - Unrealistic

May I make a suggestion to either remove the LOUD sound or reduce the volume of fish swimming nearby? Due to resource respawn being a touchy subject, most people build on the beach or just over the water. When fish get stuck underneath your ceilings, or are just swimming outside nearby, it is a very loud and non-stop sound that is completely unrealistic.
