Yes .. This , I couldn't think of the proper word for it but Land Surveying would be perfect. I also love the idea for a public area where people could "rent?" a shipyard and have a given amount of time to build the ship they want to build or just buy one with Gold.

Please change the land claiming to where each play only gets 1 flag and 1 flag only. The radius of the flag is more than enough and if that one player has or is in a company then they can put there flags together but still maintaining 1 flag per member of the company. If they want to claim land on another island you could make it so they either pull their flag from its current spot and giving up that claim OR Make it a skill where people can skill up to get another flag but not be able to hold more than 2 land claims. Just my thoughts on something that obviously needs some work and leave players less frustrated. Thanks
