I agree. I've got one claim on one island, I'd like to expand to allow more room for building structures for the rest of the company. I can't because one of my two neighbors is asleep inside his house and hasn't been online in over a week. It's apparent he has no intention of continuing to play, but I have to limit my enjoyment because someone else gave up? The system needs a lot of work still to make it fair across the board.
