updating windows fixed it for me, give that a try

new windows update came out, now I instantly get the server timed out message then it freezes for a few mins and logs me in wooooo i can play again

yeah I have an Nvidia, i was playing with no issues until two days ago

When you validate the steams files does it say there's one file missing and reacquire a 212-byte file?

When I try to log in to any server the game freezes for 5-10mins before it starts loading then I get an error message saying connection timed out or unable to query server info. I've tried uninstalling (including the game files that get left behind), reinstalling and updating drivers. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this?
