Yeah, I've done a ticket. No response yet however. I've also put a link to this thread in this ticket, so the more attention this thread gets hopefully the more likely the issue is taken seriously and resolved ASAP

I'm glad to hear that I am not alone, I asked on Reddit as I wasn't getting any responses here and someone said something along the lines of what you've written. I wonder how long it'll take the Dev's to sort this out. Its kind of a serious issue if players aren't being allowed to access a game they've purchased (considering most of the features advertised are for official servers.) If this doesn't get fixed soon I will be looking to get a refund and quit the game over all. I can't stand to support a company who doesn't fix game breaking bugs. Ark was released in such a poor state, I hope that Atlas doesn't follow in those footsteps. Anyway thanks for the headsup. I'll have to be patient and keep an eye out for a fix.

An update. I am able to connect to the game whilst using a VPN. I am leaning towards a network issue, but not smart enough to identify whether the issue is on my end or Grapeshots end. Edit: Cannot see the servers at all without VPN. I now require a VPN to play this game >.>'

So my issue is very simple. I cannot see any of the official servers meaning I am unable to connect to the official network. My error message is "Unable to fetch current server info to join" I've sunk in (pun intended) 70+ hours on EU-PvP server. Today my internet crashed whilst playing and upon reconnecting, I could not see any of the official servers (no EU or NA servers...) I am able to connect to any of the unofficial servers. I've verified my game cache multiple times. It often fails validating and reacquires a file (112 Bytes) and its always the same size. I've attempted to log out of steam > log back in. Didn't work. I've attempted to direct connect to my server using battlemetrics & my last saved server position (Which are Identical IP's) with the launch options of +connect. Restarted my router, restarted PC. Left Router disconnected for 5 mins. Still nothing. Tried running Atlas & Steam as Admin. Nothing... So I'm now out of idea... I was hoping some kind soul could show me the way to the sea's again !
