I wanted to comment these support tickets. I wrote yesterday a report on a group of players using exploits and ruining gameplay of the others on a starter island and i wasnt the only one. But after couple hours i noticed that my report was just deleted without any notice like its never was. Is that system supposed to work that way or my report was just ignored? Players that was in this report are still active and dont have any problems with runing others gameplay further.
Another thing im worried to, that on a starter island we settled for a while we had previously no storms, now we have 1-2 storms each ingame day (approx every 10-15 minutes) and the problem is, that our ships constantly getting damage even if its anchored and even if its in shipyards! Now when our island became a barren land instead of being fully covered with trees, we must chop last lone trees to just repair our ships, we aint playing anymore we just farm for repairs. Moving it deeper and closer to the shore doesent work, these storms can easily happen in the middle of the island, thats just insane. Im not even talking about that some people can just sunk entire fleets parked ashore just being near water and spawning storms on people heads. Could you please make storms not hitting anchored ships and ships in shipyards?
