    Its already done, I was about 7 walls 4 ceilings and 4 roofs short when the patch hit I got lucky but not the point, the screenshots are on a post I made earlier its nice but not amazing

    I also hate the change. This happened in the middle of my dock construction and I'm pretty bummed. I hope they revert the change and figure out an alternative to top Teir building. I like the idea of introducing reinforced stone.

    Yes the easy solution to top tier building Put STONE BACK and release Metal Structures this would actually take seconds to do because they can cut and paste the Ini from Ark

    I respecced out of stone crafting can someone please add Metal and Organic Paste to this build please

    I have used in my Base

    704 Stone Floor

    752 Stone Walls

    300 Stone Ceilings

    92 Roofs

    3 Small Gate Ways

    3 Small gates

    1 Large Gateway

    1 large Gate

    22 Stone Doors

    To craft that now how much metal and Paste would I need? I am a solo player no company mates to help me out.

    So I have a Vitamin A,B,C,D deficiency and my stomach is 3/4 full I start coughing and going blind what else is there to do but put all my things in Storage then go jump of the highest point and die to reset everything.

    8 Salted Fish 8 Salted Meat 16 Yellow and 16 Orange = equilibrium

    Dropping numbers is good it saves  them having to sort out their sub par servers, 150 people per grid?????? E11 goes from 30ping with 4 people on it to 120ping with 16 I would hate to see the ping at 150 people.

    The 5% performance patch today is absolutely great though Now I only rubber band 100 feet instead of 104 feet.

It does seem like wood is now too cost effective vs stone. I would also recommend that there be a structure wipe for the sake of balance because those that already have huge stone bases will profit immensely from this patch vs those that do not.

    What they needed to do was keep stone as it was, and release Metal Structures which is what these are now. The Devs are lazy shits, that have done nothing else except release buggy half hearted shit patch after patch.

    The only logical explanation for this latest Stone Structure patch is there is gonna be a PAY FOR EXPLANSION released next week where you can buy old school blue prints and revert back to PROPER Stone Structures.

    Hey Devs at least get the intern to change tool tip to Metal Wall,  Metal Floor, Metal Ceiling, Metal Large Gate etc.

    I know I have a similar post running but this is aimed at the developers.

    I don't want to build arks Metal structures in Atlas, I was quit happy building in just plain stone it fits with the era the game was set in. I am a solo player that has spent the last week building this Base, Internal, Courtyard, I had an Elephant and a Rhino for half the build, I could gather about 5000 stone an hour about 1200 metal an hour, 30,000 would an hour, 15,000 thatch an hour, 20,000 fiber an hour  and 200 organic paste an hour because I have to sail to another island to get sap

    So my challenge to you is play your game and build something similar SOLO and see how long it takes.

    If I wanted to build metal structures I fully get the patch, BUT I DON'T I want to build with stone.

    It has nothing to do with Pve and Pvp, they have just created Metal Structure and eliminated Stone, either some idiot at grapeshot programmed the patch wrong and they intended do bring a whole new line of structures into the game (meaning metal) or they really just have lost the plot, I for one don't mind these changes if they rename it all Metal Structures and BRING back yesterdays Stone structures.

    Ok another person not really thinking before posting yes this is NOT ark (we actually it mainly is)

    In Ark they have

    Thatch Structures

    Wood Structures

    Stone Structures

    Metal Structures

    Tech Structures

     

    In Atlas they now have

    Thatch Structures

    Wood Structures

    Metal Structures (but it is called stone)

     

    Did that clear it up for you, they have created metal and removed stone and forgot to rename it.

    please load up ark and look at crafting requirements for stone and metal then come back and I will accept your apology.

     

    SORRY I may of quoted wrong person, someone here was defending the change I meant to quote them.
