    You build thatch, as you progress and your tools get better you upgrade to wood, but wood doesn't keep the boogie man out so you upgrade to stone, stone keeps the boogie man out but it doesn't keep the nasty terrorists out so yo upgrade to metal which isn't amazing but still better than thatch, wood and stone. Nari you are really missing the point that they missed an ENTIRE structure tree out

    It needs to be 10000 doubloons for a loot box, that has a chance of having between 1-1000 of a random resource, or a treasure map, or a random (most likely common) blueprint.

    I built a Small Castle SOLO it has

    704 Floors

    752 Walls

    300 Ceilings

    90 Roofs

    4 Small Gate Structures

    4 Small gates

    1 Large Gate Structure

    1 Large Gate

     

    The 752 walls alone would take 15,040 Organic paste at 20 a stack = 752 stacks of Sap. I went and farmed every tree on Gracstone Island, I took 5 trips back to my ship I got 2800 Sap, I was alone no one was contending the trees, they nerfed respawn rates again so about 1-2 hours for trees to respawn, its DUMB I SAY.

    Oh and before you say it Isn't Ark I created my own server cut and pasted my Ark ini files into it and works like a charm, even messing around with spawn rates works.

    Firstly being as this is my idea, I want 5% of any transactions, I will email my paypal details. Being as you have the player shop mechanics already set up for freeports why not start Micro Transaction say 5000 Doubloons for $10 then you can sell Organic Paste stack of 100 for say 10000 Doubloons,. The list Is Endless hell could even sell amazing Armor and Ship Blueprints for real money.

    Bud what they have done with Stone is make it Arks Metal, if the fucking idiots at least changed the tooltip I would get it, but they are incompetent baffoons, EA is no excuse, I am not playng the game because If I spend the next 72 hours grinding metal and paste to finish my project the fucktards rollback this pathetic dumb patch I waste even more time than the 100+ hours I already spent on it. EA IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR THIS TRIPE.

    The Fix can take 1 minute, bring servers down cut and paste the old Stone Structures add in Metal Structures job done. This is ARK you can bet modders have this shit down already, or is that it Grapshot are hoping modders safe this like they kept Ark afloat for over a year.

    I am no coding expert but even I played around with spawn rates in Ark and it isn't that hard to get the right balance and Ark had 10 fold more creatures yet surprise, surprise another small detail Grapshot cannot get right, No wolves all day but hundreds of cobras spawning, at least I could tame a wolf and get it to do my bidding.

    You guys seriously need to sack this Intern, or confine him to tea duty.

    STOP using Early Access as an excuse for these morons the game is ARK rehashed it passed Early Access Months ago, There are other games that are in Early Access that treat their customers better than this.

    All the Intern has to do it cut and paste Ark ini into this game job done 800% more playable.

    The advantage of prime meat and fish meat vs regular is that they give a much higher boost to the vitamin bars than regular versions, so use them. Kill a shark and a cow every so often. Then, eat these foods first to fill up food to 100. Once your food goes over 100, the amount A and C foods raise food by decreases dramatically. I'm currently at 40. Damage from overeating doesn't kick in until food hits about 118. So I can eat prime meat and prime fish meat all the way up to say 113 easily no problem, then switch to eating A and C foods at that point. Using this approach I never take more than incidental overeating damage (who cares?) and I'm wearing the equilibrium buff about 80% of the time. 

    To me this is def worth it vs suiciding. As always YMMV.

    If I put points into fortitude now will I be able to carry all the metal and sap to craft stone?

    They are so worried about building lag in this game why not just mass delete the 27,000 unused Camp Fires , 8,000 rafts, 6000 small shipyards, 1,200,876 Foundations, 2,687,192 Pillars from the players that have not logged in the game for 2 weeks.
