  1. If hosting on nitrado, you want to open your web interface for your server and do the following: 1) navigate to your file browser under tools on the left hand side 2) Navigate to Atlas main > shootergame > saved > "server id" (should be a bunch of numbers and letters) > config > windowsserver > Game ini 3) in the "game.ini", enter the following line on a separate line from the rest of the text: bAllowUnlimitedRespecs=true. 4) save the changes, and stop your server. 5) wait 15-30 seconds to ensure the changes process, then start your server again. And that's it, should work perfectly. if you are on another server host, assuming they allow access to the game INI, simply skip to step 3
  2. this is not helpful. like, at all. you do not explain where, what file, what folder, or even what directory any of this is in. Atlas files are a mess on hosted servers right now. Be more specific if you intend to help.
  3. The puckle currently does no damage to wild creatures on PvE servers. since they cannot be placed on ships, this means they are completely useless xD
  4. I have discovered an issue pertaining to the steam client bootstrapper and atlas. When recieving messages, or more prominently, a steam voice call, on certain machines the usb ports will randomly bug causing them to become unresponsive. if said bug happens to affect your keyboard, swapping usb ports seems to resolve the issue temporarily. I have noticed that the issue also can move between ports in some cases as well spontaneously, then revert back. I have tested my rig extensively and can say with absolute certainty this is an isolated incident involving steam and atlas and their interactions.
  5. when leaving a company as the last member to join another company, the structures and tames will sometimes not transfer over, resulting in a "ghost company" with structures and tames but no members. this also results in the loss of items and valuables stored in said structures as there is no way to reclaim these when this issue occurs.
  6. Ships of the Damned (aka Ghost Ships) are not affected by wind strength. In a dead wind they still sail at the same speed making it impossible to escape even with the best crew and fastest ship you can find. This is causing a myriad of issues for new players trying to leave freeport in order to progress through the game.
  7. There is currently an issue with the graphics options. Unchecking high quality materials and sub surface scattering and applying the settings now re-activates said settings immediately upon resuming the game. this is preventing the setting from saving on restart and is directly detrimental to mid range gaming pc's.
