When I mouse over items in the inventory and crafting menus, the information popup is no longer showing up. I don't know if this is because of an unlisted hotkey that got pressed accidentally or an actual bug.

I don't know what happened, but all of a sudden whenever I pull a gun out, my movement speed reduces by more than half and stutters back and forth wildly. I've tried restarting the game repeatedly and tried all the different gun types and the bow, and they all cause this. It basically makes the game unplayable since I can't shoot them and strafe or avoid things attacking me.
