On the 1st of January my friends and I sailed into a dead server (i9 PvE EU) we couldn't log on the next two days, and after the server was reset, every time we try to connect we get send directly to character creation screen. We haven't been able to play for 4 days now, are you aware of this bug? is it being fixed? are our characters gone forever? It would be great if you could respond
